At Infinity Toner Cartridge Suppliers, we are committed to delivering high-quality ink, toner, and printer consumables. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1️⃣ Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges may be approved under the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 7 days of purchase.

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

Note: Once a cartridge has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of printer consumables.

2️⃣ Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will inspect the product and, if verified, offer one of the following options:

• A replacement product at no additional cost.

• A store credit for future purchases.

• A refund to your original payment method (if applicable).

3️⃣ Incorrect Product Orders

If you ordered the wrong cartridge or toner, please contact our support team before opening the packaging.
We’ll assist you in finding the correct product and advise on the return process (return shipping at customer’s cost).

4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened ink or toner cartridges.

• Used printer consumables.

• Clearance or promotional items.

5️⃣ Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or credited to your customer account.
