Refunds or exchanges may be approved under the following conditions:
The item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.
Note: Once a cartridge has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of printer consumables.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will inspect the product and, if verified, offer one of the following options:
A replacement product at no additional cost.
A store credit for future purchases.
A refund to your original payment method (if applicable).
If you ordered the wrong cartridge or toner, please contact our support team before opening the packaging.
We’ll assist you in finding the correct product and advise on the return process (return shipping at customer’s cost).
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened ink or toner cartridges.
Used printer consumables.
Clearance or promotional items.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or credited to your customer account.
